There is Lysine, Abreva, etc that says that they cure cold sores fast, but what is the best medicine I can get to heal as fast as possible and not too expensive?

The absolute best treatment is any cream containing Acyclovir. Acyclovir is an antiviral drug. Brand names here include Zovirax and Blistex. You put the cream on 5 times per day as soon as you feel the first tingle of a cold sore and it won’t develop. It’s brilliant! Look at this site for further information.

I don’t know where you are but shop around, as I find Blistex is half the price of Zovirax and has exactly the same acyclovir content.
