You would be advised to use a topical herpes treatment in that case so you can kill the herpes virus and stop the outbreak from spreading

I FEEL fucked up, why today???, man, im going to have a freacking date wednesday… im so fucked up, i woke up with a small swalow in my under lip, then i thot, it must be the cold… because here in portugal its freezing, then, after 2 hours, the swalow was bigger, its like a freeking buble air inside your lip, i might have herpes and never new about it… i need to get this off before wednesday… its like i wanna kiss her and i cant.. because of this fucking sheet… helpp what to do
