   Blistex works great to speed up the recovery.

   Hey i get cold sores all the time i know how you feel, unfortunately its a virus in your skin and you cant get rid of it permanently but you can use a cream called abriva its in a little tube and it kinda costs a lost. Around $15 at walmart or a pharmacy but it helps. Hope this helped

   There is abreva, that’s said to cut the healing time in half, and there is natural stuff like lemon oil, and blue green algae (chlorella, spirulina) and definitely keep it as dry as possible.

   Not really because if you take some you will have side affects. Also, drink tea because that helps a lot and kills all the germs in your body
